You will automatically be redirected to those sites when you click on a product’s details. Because they also sell “print on demand” merchandise, their policies are similar to those stated below.

Refunds & Returns:
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.
Refunds for Other Reasons
If any order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if you simply change your mind regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. This is due to the print-on-demand nature of this business. Products are only manufactured when a customer requests that design.
Please read the size charts on the product page carefully. We will make size exchanges when necessary.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Digital Downloads
I’m super excited to announce that we now have printable products for purchase here on Joy in the Making! Here are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing a digital download: (printable crafts, coloring pages, documents or ebooks:)
**Note: At this time, digital download products are being re-directed to my Etsy shop. If in the future there is ever a problem with downloading a product or completing a sale here on jenniferstormnelson.com, just hop on over to my Etsy shop where you’ll sail through the transaction in a heartbeat! **
Digital Downloads are not physical products; you will not have anything mailed to you. Instead, you will receive them instantly just by clicking on the download links.
Customers will need to have a WooCommerce account in order to access their digital purchases. Once a purchase has been made, permission to download the product files has been granted.
Here are three ways to access your downloadable files:
- You can click on the download links on the order received page.
- You may also use the download links included in your email notification.
- If you are logged into your account, you will see download links on your ‘My Account’ page.
